We take great care in delivering your products to you. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please allow us 3-7 working days for your order to be dispatched. Here’s how we handle shipping:

  • Same-Day Shipping: For orders placed before noon on a business day, we aim to ship on the same day, provided that card security checks are complete, payment is received, and stock availability is confirmed.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after noon will be shipped on the very next business day.
  • Weekends and Holidays: Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
  • Processing Time During Busy Periods: During busy times, such as holiday periods, there may be longer processing times and shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during such periods.

Please note that we do not use Speed Post services, and therefore, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses unless there is a specific courier service that can reach such locations. Rural domestic addresses may require additional days for delivery.

Shipping Duration:

  • Eyal Veda partners with leading courier companies for product shipments across India. Typically, the estimated delivery time for products anywhere in India ranges from 48 hours to 72 hours.
  • For bulky items, parcels will be shipped by surface (road), which may take 7-10 days for delivery unless the customer requests urgent delivery by air.
  • Unexpected Delays: In some cases, unforeseen issues can lead to delays. These issues may include:
    • Difficulty in reaching the customer.
    • Non-functioning or unreachable customer phone numbers.
    • Strikes in the city or courier company.
    • Natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, droughts, etc.
    • Government department raids.
    • Mishaps during transit.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with details related to your shipment. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email us at support@eyalveda.in.

Cancellation of Order:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please note that orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been “processed” by us.
  • Uyal Agriculture Pvt Ltd reserves the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled.
  • If a cancellation is accepted, a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount (excluding shipping) may apply.
  • Cancellations can only be made if the order state is “pending” under Order History and must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team by email, providing your Order Number.
