An item may be eligible for return or replacement if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Physically Damaged: The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- Order Discrepancy: The product received is different from what you originally ordered.

- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, just as they were delivered to you.
- Please note that opened or used products cannot be considered for return.

- To be eligible for a return, products should be sent back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please understand that we are unable to refund shipping and packing charges in any circumstance.
- When returning products, you are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. We kindly ask that you return the products at your own risk. We will refund only the product value.
- Once we receive the returned products in the specified condition, you can expect your refund within a maximum of 15 days.
