At Eyalveda, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully.
1. Return Period
- Returns are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
- After 2 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be returned within the 2-day return window.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

5. Refunds

6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size or color, if available.
- Exchanges must also be requested within the 2-day window.
