HOW TO USE:

• Wash your hands before handling the sanitary napkin.

• Open the pad and stick it to your underwear with the sticky side down.

• If the pad has wings, fold them around the sides of your underwear.

• Change the pad every 4–6 hours or when it feels full.

• To dispose, wrap the used pad in paper or its wrapper.

• Do not flush it in the toilet.

• Throw it in a dustbin with a lid.
