HOW TO USE:
 

Internal Use:

• Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon, mix with honey or warm water, once daily.
• Children: Take a small pinch, mix with honey or water, once daily.
• Babies: Can be applied as a paste on the tongue (prepared by rubbing the powder on a stone with a few drops of water) only under proper guidance.
• Helps with digestion, cold, and cough.

External Use:

• Mix the powder with water to form a paste.
• Apply on insect bites or itchy skin to reduce irritation.
