HOW TO USE:
 

As a Drink (for health and diabetes control):

• Mix 1 teaspoon of Avarampoo Powder in a glass of warm water.
• Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
• You can also boil it in water, strain it, and drink like tea.

As a Face Pack (for glowing skin and acne):

• Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Avarampoo Powder with rose water, curd, or plain water.
• Apply it on your face like a pack.
• Leave it for 15-20 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water.
• Use 2-3 times a week for best results.

As a Bath Powder (for body odor and soft skin):

• Mix with green gram powder or besan and use as a natural body wash while bathing.
