For the hair, aloe vera helps reduce dandruff, soothes the scalp, and promotes healthy hair growth. It conditions the hair, making it soft and shiny, while also reducing hair fall. You can apply it directly to the skin or scalp.

HOW TO USE:

For Skin:

• Apply a small amount to clean skin as a daily moisturizer.

• For acne or pimples, dab on the affected area and leave overnight.

• To soothe sunburn or irritation, apply a thick layer, leave for 20–30 minutes, then rinse.

• Can be mixed with honey or turmeric to use as a face mask for added nourishment.

For Hair:

• Apply directly to the scalp and massage in. Leave for 30 minutes, then wash with a mild shampoo.

• Can be mixed with coconut or castor oil as a hair mask.

• Use a diluted mix as a leave-in conditioner to reduce frizz and add shine.
